Thank you for shopping with Luna Petra. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically packed and dropped off with the shipping carrier within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During busy periods, sales, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations:
At this time, Luna Petra only ships within the United States.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order, package size, shipping destination, and available carrier rates.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more. Free shipping will be applied at checkout when the order qualifies.
Shipping Carriers:
We currently ship orders through USPS. Available USPS shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order, package size, shipping destination, and available USPS services.
Once your order has been packed and handed off to USPS, delivery times are outside of our control.
Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier to scan and update tracking after the package has been dropped off.
Delivery Delays:
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Luna Petra is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside of our control.
If your package appears delayed, you may contact us at lunapetragems@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at lunapetragems@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been handed off to the shipping carrier, we will do our best to update the address before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or that the package can be redirected.
Lost or Missing Packages:
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your mailbox, front desk, or local post office/carrier.
Luna Petra is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but you may contact us at lunapetragems@gmail.com and we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.
Damaged Items:
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at lunapetragems@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.
