Return & Refund Policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at lunapetragems@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at lunapetragems@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom orders, or items that have been damaged after delivery. Because crystals are natural items, small differences in color, shape, size, texture, or pattern are not considered defects.
Exchanges:
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
